Fire Rated Panels & Hatches

Panels are general vertically mounted into walls where access is required into a secure riser duct. Hatches are horizontal; generally either floor or ceiling mounted and provide access to facilities such as plant rooms. Fire rated panels and hatches are most commonly specified in highly industrial circumstances and are subjected to environments that require durability of product and confidence of performance.

Pacific Doors range of products provides both of these aspects and also offers these products in a range of materials that allow them to be discreetly incorporated into a building wall, floor or ceiling.

Access Panels and Floor Hatches are outside of the scope of NZS 4520 and are therefore not required to be labelled.
