As a bespoke manufacturer, Pacific Doors offers a range of commercial doors that are able to be tailored to our customer’s requirements.

Pacific Doors Commercial doors are available as either:

  • Carbon Core
  • Solid Core

Pacific Doors Commercial doorsets are suitable for interior and exterior applications, and with multiple leaf facing options, these door sets are highly diverse in their uses.

The addition of steel facing to our solid core doors offers a high level of security, whilst the addition of acoustic seals to some of the commercial door sets can provide STC ratings up to STC 30 (For fully certified and tested acoustic doors, please visit out Acoustic section).

Pacific Doors Commercial doorsets can be manufactured to any practical size requirements, with a multitude of frame profile possibilities.

The addition of vision panels to our Commercial doorsets offers the client the ability to create the exact feature door set that they require.

    • Solid Core

      TB Doorset

      This versatile interior door set is manufactured with a solid composite timber core and an integral MDF face layer. Unless you request a special finish, this door will be supplied sealer coated on both faces, as well as top and bottom, ready for priming and painting. For applications where the door has to match other architectural features, we can apply a specified veneer or overlay (laminate, vinyl or steel) to the faces. Inlay panels or planted detail can also be affixed on request, to suit heritage buildings. This is a hung door, which means it is supplied as a complete set - door leaf and door jamb - with or without hardware.

      SC Doorset

      The Pacific Solid Core doorset is suitable for commercial and moderate institutional/security use where some impact resistance is required. The doorset is available with a wide variety of leaf facings, vision panel options and sizes. The Pacific Solid Core doorset is available as a single or pair of doors, and can be hung in a timber or steel frame.
    • Solid Core

      XT Exterior Doorset

      Our most popular non-fire hinged exterior doorsets are available in singles or pairs. It has a solid laminated veneer lumber (LVL) core faced with marine grade plywood. The standard door leaf is supplied sealer coated on all six sides or you can specify a facing and/or kickplate. There is also an optional range of glazing formats or bespoke designs.
    • Carbon Core

      CC Doorset

      Pacific Carbon Core doorsets are preferred where light weight and moderate impact resistance are required. The Pacific Carbon Core doorset has a flush panel door leaf, available with a wide variety of leaf facings, vision panel options and sizes. The Pacific Carbon Core doorset is available as a single or pair of doors, and can be hung in a timber or steel frame.
