Installation wall framing requirements

WALL TYPE: Timber stud
FRAME TYPE: Steel, 1-part
Frame materials available:
- EGZ - 2.0mm
- Cold rolled galvanized - 2.0mm
Fasteners:
- M12 Screwbolt anchors through adjustable spacer fixing bracket. Fixings at 600mm centres nominal. The length of bolts MUST be confirmed on site to suit the frame openings formed.
- Bead - Tamper-resistant fixing screws or rivets at 400mm centres.
Stud size:
- Ex 100 x 50 minimum
Wedging gap:
- 0-10mm
